Description

Learn how to move beyond the alleviation of clients’ psychological suffering to help them discover purpose. Developed by Viktor Frankl, bestselling author of Man’s Search for Meaning and a Holocaust survivor, meaning-centered psychotherapy understands that humans are meaning-seeking creatures and facilitates the discovery of meaning in all circumstances. The concepts and tools of this approach will be discussed, and we will participate in exercises that will be useful both for oneself and for work with clients.
