Description

How does one discover more meaning? Are there practical steps that can be taken to increase fulfillment and awe? Noted psychologist and philosopher Viktor Frankl spent most of his life exploring these questions. Frankl and his colleagues discovered some surprising (and some not so surprising) methods. Through lecture, experiential exercises, and journaling, we will explore how to relearn the perspective of the child, experience situations and others as fully as possible, deepen purpose and significance in life through creativity, and increase meaning during experiences of suffering and grief.
